1. This form may take you 10-15 minutes to fill in. You will need to have the following information with you before you start:
          a. Copy of NRIC (for Singaporeans & Singapore Permanent Residents) or Passport and/or FIN (for non Singaporeans)
          b. Passport-size photo in jpg format
          c. Resume in word/pdf format
          d. Copies of your qualifications such as degree certificates and transcripts
2. Inaccurate or incomplete applications will render all applications invalid and rejected.

4. Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) will be using the email you have provided to correspond with you. Should your particulars, contact numbers or address change, please ensure that you update your records with us promptly. Indicate your full name, NRIC/Passport No, Date of Birth, Application number (if any) whenever you correspond with us.
